A 14-person accounting firm in Austin
Month-end close took 9 business days. Close went to 4 business days within one quarter.
What changed: A written close calendar with one owner per task, and bank feeds moved into the ledger.
You walk Mireille Han through one ordinary week on a video call. Within 2 business days she emails you a written summary: the bottlenecks costing you the most, what each one costs per year, and a one-page plan to fix each.
Free. Takes 5 minutes to book.
Mireille Han has run 73 of these audits since 2018, mostly for agencies, accounting firms and trade contractors.
Audit summary, page 1
Owners of agencies, accounting firms and trade contractors with 5 to 50 staff. Somewhere past 15 people, the way they ran things at 5 stopped working, and it shows up in places like these.
If two of these sound familiar, the audit will almost certainly find something worth fixing.
One video call with Mireille Han. Your total time, including booking and the worksheet, is about an hour.
Before the call
The form below takes about 5 minutes. Mireille Han emails you a time and a one-page worksheet (about 10 minutes) asking for numbers you likely know already: headcount, average job size, how long a new hire takes to get going.
Minutes 0 to 10
Last Tuesday is fine. Who did what, where work waited, and which questions came to you.
Minutes 10 to 30
She asks where it stalls, who has to approve what, and which steps only you know how to do.
Minutes 30 to 45
She tells you which bottlenecks she would fix first and why, so you have the answer before the written summary arrives.
Within 2 business days
If you want help with any of it, reply to that email. Otherwise that email is the last you hear from us.

Prepared by Mireille Han, Han Operations. Fix plans on pages 2 to 5.
A written summary, sent as a PDF or a Google Doc, whichever you prefer. It is yours to forward to your team or anyone else.
Usually two to four of them, each described in a sentence or two using the words you used on the call.
Hours lost times your hourly cost, plus revenue that arrives late or not at all. You can check every number.
What changes, who on your team owns it, and how you will know in 30 days whether it worked.
Anything we noticed that needs more than 45 minutes, so you can plan for it separately.

A 41-person electrical contractor in Phoenix
Invoices went out 3 weeks after the estimate was approved, on average. Invoices now go out 6 business days after the estimate is approved.
What changed: A one-page job handoff form and a 15-minute Monday meeting between the field lead and the bookkeeper.
Typical fixed-price project
$4,000 to $12,000
Most owners fix what the audit finds with their own team, using the fix plans in the summary. That is what the plans are written for.
If you want Mireille Han to run part of the work with you, reply to the summary email. She sends a written quote for a set scope and a set price before anything starts. Paid work is billed per project.
If the audit turns up nothing worth fixing, or your situation needs someone with different experience, she says so on the call and emails you the name of a consultant who fits better. Either way you pay nothing for the audit.
Nothing. The call and the written summary are free. Paid work only starts if you ask for a project and approve a written quote, which is usually $4,000 to $12,000.
Mireille Han emails the summary and stops there. If you reply with a question or ask for a quote, she answers. If you don't reply, you won't hear from us again.
Only the worksheet that comes with your confirmation email, which takes about 10 minutes. If you already track numbers such as jobs per week or days from job done to invoice sent, bring them.
The costliest bottlenecks usually show up in the first 20 minutes of walking through a normal week. The audit finds them and puts a cost on each. Fixing a large one takes longer, and the summary says which ones need that.
Under 5 people there are usually too few handoffs to audit. Over 50, the problems tend to sit between departments and take more than one call to untangle. Choose your size on the form and we will email you the names of consultants who work with businesses your size.
Only if you ask. Mireille Han takes notes, writes the summary from them, and deletes the notes once the summary is sent.
